The RTS game Iron Harvest, which resembles the tactical strategy game Company of Heroes in gameplay, will be available on September 1, 2020 for PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4. developer King Art Games and publisher Deep Silver announced in a statement. new trailer.

The new trailer underlines that Iron Harvest revolves around an alternate reality of the 1920s, in the period after the First World War. In the game, secret forces try to destabilize Europe again. Steam-powered mechanical robots and machines play an important role on the battlefield.

Deep Silver says it has worked closely with RTS fans to “create the perfect real-time strategy experience.” Players have to conquer the battlefield with a group of units, where using cover is very important. Resource points must also be taken to create additional units and buildings and to do research.

Iron Harvest is based on images by Polish artist Jakub Rozalski and got off the ground after a successful Kickstarter campaign. In March last year, King Art Games already reached its funding target within 36 hours. The counter now stands at almost 1.3 million dollars. According to the Kickstarter page, that means the game will at least get a campaign with cinematic cuts, a skirmish mode, multiplayer, a co-op campaign and a free DLC campaign.
