Software Update: VueScan 8.4.12

VueScan can be used as a replacement for the twain driver supplied with the scanner. After all, it is not always able to get the most out of a scanner. VueScan is available for Windows, Mac OS X and Linux, and does not need to be installed to do its job. The program has support for more than 700 scanners and can be used with the RAW files of 209 digital cameras level. The program can also perform some operations such as crop, sharpen, grain reduction and has the ability to adjust the color balance. Hamrick Software recently released version 8.4.12 with the following list of changes:
