Software update: TeamViewer 15.19.3

Version 15.19 of TeamViewer has been released. This program allows remote management of other computers via a secure VPN connection. That connection runs through TeamViewer’s servers, so no settings on the router need to be adjusted to make it all work. TeamViewer is free for non-commercial use and is being developed for Windows, Linux, macOS, iOS and Android. The changelog for this release looks like this:

New features

• Usability improvement for joining password-protected meetings: users can now enter the password in the meeting preview page.
• It is now possible to install the VPN driver via the MSI during a mass deployment.

Improvements

• Added per-monitor DPI awareness, allowing an improved image quality in multi-monitor scenarios with different DPI scaling factors.
• “Speaking-while-muted” notification added.
• Improved feedback during bad network situations. A new type of notification and symbol will be displayed when the client detects bad network.
