Software Update: SoftPerfect Network Scanner 6.0.3

SoftPerfect has released version 6.0.3 of Network Scanner. This program is a simple ip, netbios and snmp scanner. It does not need to be installed to do its job, so it can be used quickly and easily to see who and what is connected to the network. The program is multithreaded and can see network shares, mac addresses, open ports and logged in users, among other things. The download is less than three megabytes in size and the program is completely free to use. In version 6.0.2, the following changes and improvements have been made:

• Option to strip domain names out of group membership output.
• Sorting and rearranging bookmarks in the bookmark manager.

Fixed

• XML parser error with multiple nodes in UPnP discovery.
• Import errors with host names that contain dashes.
