At nV News a handy program has appeared created by one Guillermo Carbonell called RunAA. This program gives GeForce (2) users the option to set per program whether you want to use FSAA or not. So very useful:

Guillermo Carbonell has written a handy program called RunAA which is up to version 0.2. RunAA lets GeForce users enable or disable antialiasing per application, so you can run antialiasing only in the games you want to. There’s a Direct3D and an OpenGL version. All the information on running the program is in the readme file.
