Software update: Opera 6.02 (Linux)

On FileForum one can find the message that a new Linux version of the Internet browser Opera is out. It concerns version 6.02. The changelog is as follows:

Configurable shortcuts. The shortcuts can be modified when Opera is running
Added support for Ctrl+W (delete word) when UNIX keyboard shortcuts has been enabled from pref. dialog
Esc-Esc for leaving fullscreen has now been replaced with a single Escape press as on Opera for Windows
Support for “Do not show dialog again” in message boxes for passwords in URLs and JavaScript reading password from forms
“Follow Symbolic Link” is activated by default in bookmark and contact file reading
Support for URL filtering (filter.ini)
new preference dialogbox look (treelist) is now the default
Nicknames will now work when “a”, “ab”, “abc” etc are defined when used from the nickname selector
Corrected a Daylight savings problem when displaying the cookie timestamps
Javascript can now be activated in panel windows
