Version 2.4.3 of OpenShot Video Editor has become available. OpenShot Video Editor is an open source video editor for Linux and since version 2.0 also available for Windows and macOS. The program is made with Python, GTK and the MLT Framework and can be compared to Windows Movie Maker or Apple’s iMovie. The complete changelog for version 2.4.3 can be found on this page these are in short the most important improvements made in this edition:
- Masks and transitions can now be modified at any time, and can now use an image or video! This is what you can use and what you need to do.
- Thread improvements help prevent crashing around effects (including masks and transitions), and improve performance on many systems. 19659004] Huge improvement to language translations (Thanks to Frank Dana – ferdnyc)
