Software Update: NewsBin Pro 6.10 build 1339 RC 6

Although the title of the main screen already says ‘Final release’, a sixth release candidate of NewsBin Pro version 6.10 has been released. NewsBin Pro is intended to retrieve files from usenet. These files can be downloaded in individual packets from one or more news servers and reassembled at the receiving end. Since version 6.00, the interface uses tabs and there is a cache-to-memory option that, if a machine has enough memory, causes the hard drive to work less often. This release fixes an issue when the destination path is too long.

Version 6.10 Release Candidate 6 Build 1339

• Title bar says 6.10, Final release. Calling this RC5 before official production release.
• Fixed issue with unrared files disappearing if the destination path is too long. If there is a failure moving the extracted files to the final destination, they will remain in a temporary folder. The correct path to the file will be reflected in the Files tab.
