Software Update: jv16 PowerTools 2008 1.8.0.468

Macecraft Software released a new version of jv16 Powertools 2008 on Thursday. This program is intended to tweak all kinds of things within Windows. For example, there are modules to determine which programs are started when Windows boots and you can search for duplicate files. Furthermore, the registry can be cleaned of unnecessary keys and made smaller, which has a beneficial effect on the performance of Windows. In version 1.8.0.468 the following changes and improvements have been made:

The updated version contains the following changes:

• Fixed a bug from the History Cleaner that caused it to freeze when trying to clear the found history data.
• Fixed a bug that could cause the product to get stuck on an eternal error message loop when trying to remove or edit data.
• Improved product’s support for very large (3 GB+) files.
