Gaim has reached an important milestone as the developers have released version 1.0.0. Gaim is an open source and cross platform instant messenger that allows you to chat over the networks of AIM, ICQ, MSN, Yahoo, IRC, Jabber, Gadu-Gadu and Zephyr. The changelog accompanying this release shows the following changes:

- Drag-and-drop buddy support for the Invite dialog (Stu Tomlinson)
