FileZilla is an open source FTP client with support for FTP, SFTP, SSL and GSS transactions. The program originates from a programming assignment for computer science and has been further developed over time into a well-organized and stable program. Version 2.2.4d has recently been released and has the following changes:

• fixed Win95/98 compatibility
• position of local and remote views can be switched
• resolved remaining SSL issues
• Connect:Enterprise directory listing compatibility
• crash with invalid dates in directory listings
