Download EditPad Lite 5.4.6

Jan Goyvaerts from JGSoft released version 5.4.6 of EditPad Lite the day before yesterday, the little and free brother of EditPad Pro. EditPad Lite is a perfect replacement for the notepad included with Windows. The advantages over that program include the ability to have an unlimited number of files open in the same window, there is no limit on the size of the open file, and an unlimited number of undos and redos. Version 5.4.6 was released to fix the following two bugs:

bug fixes:

• Convert|Unicode->ANSI: If a file had an odd number of Unicode characters, the last character was stripped from the file during conversion.
• Windows: EditPad sometimes prevented other windows from staying on top of itself, and sometimes failed to stay on top of other windows when Options|Stay On Top was on.
