Download DC++ 0.691

The day before yesterday a new version of the P2P program DC++ was released, namely version 0.691. DC++ is one of many programs available to exchange files over the Direct Connect network. This program owes the two pluses at the end to the fact that it is written in C++. Version 0.691 is a so-called bug fix release and fixes a lot of issues.
