Software update: CloneCD 4 beta 17

silentsnow said the makers of CloneCD will continue to release new versions of their program at the usual pace. Although a new version number is of course enough reason for a tweaker to upgrade, here are the release notes:

• Default buttons bring you back the defaults, so fiddling around with all these shiny settings shouldn’t be so dangerous anymore
• Automatic Fast Error Skip improved. On certain drives (eg, Toshiba) it is now much faster
