Software update: 7+ Taskbar Tweaker 5.14.0.1 beta

Spread the love

Version 5.14.0.1 of 7+ Taskbar Tweaker has been released, a beta release. This program allows you to customize the taskbar of Windows 7 and higher. For example, it can be indicated which programs are grouped or not, the order of items can be adjusted and several screens can be minimized or closed at the same time. The taskbar in Windows 11 uses completely different code and that’s why unlikely that there will be a version that is fully compatible with it. However, the old Windows 10 taskbar code is still present and can be done via a tweak enabled which makes the program partially usable in Windows 11. It can also be used in combination with other programs that adjust the taskbar and the start menu, such as StartAllBack or ExplorerPatcher. This release should resolve the issue that causes the program to stop working on 32bit versions of Windows 10 after a recent Windows Update:

Changes in 7+ in Taskbar Tweaker version 5.14.0.1:

  • Fixed the 32-bit-only incompatibility caused by update KB5020030 of Windows 10 version 20H2, 21H1, 21H2 and 22H2.
