According to previous rumors, the Galaxy A82 5G is in fact the previously announced Samsung Quantum 2 smartphone, Android Central also writes. This Quantum 2 smartphone comes exclusively in South Korea and according to Samsung, it includes a QRNG security chip. That chip is the reason that Samsung introduced the phone in the ‘Quantum’ series. It is not yet clear whether this chip is also included in the A82 5G version of the smartphone, which should be available worldwide.
The phone also has a Snapdragon 855+ soc from Qualcomm. The device has a 6.7-inch AMOLED screen with a qhd+ resolution and a refresh rate of 120Hz.
