The specifications and renders are published by the German tech site WinFuture, which more often publishes information about smartphones that have not yet been announced. Earlier this week, images and specifications of the more high-end Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5g appeared on that site.

The regular Galaxy Note 20 is said to be equipped with three camera sensors, including a primary camera with 12-megapixel resolution that can record 8k videos, according to WinFuture. Its framerate is unknown. This camera would be complemented by a wide-angle lens with a 12-megapixel sensor and a 64-megapixel camera with a telephoto lens. The front camera gets a resolution of 10 megapixels.

The smartphone will also have a 6.7 “screen with a resolution of 2400×1080 pixels, according to WinFuture. It would be an amoled panel with a refresh rate of 60Hz, while the Ultra model would have a larger 120Hz panel with a higher resolution. the screen is a fingerprint scanner, just like the current Galaxy S20 smartphones.Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5g is rumored to have a screen made of Gorilla Glass 7, but this is not mentioned by WinFuture on the regular Note 20.

The Note 20 will get an Exynos 990-soc, according to WinFuture, just like the Ultra variant. The smartphone comes standard with 8GB of memory and 256GB of storage capacity. The battery has a capacity of 4300mAh and supports a fast charging technique. The smartphone can also be charged wirelessly, WinFuture writes. The phone supports WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5 and NFC. Samsung would also come with 4g and 5g variants of the Note 20.

As with the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, Samsung would also advertise the phone as ‘optimized for cloud gaming’, including for playing Xbox games via Microsoft’s xCloud. The supplied stylus is different. This S-Pen probably has a delay of 9ms with the Ultra model, while this would be about 26ms with the regular Note 20. The phone uses Samsung’s One UI 2 skin based on Android 10. The smartphone will probably be announced in August and will be available in three colors: bronze, gray and green.
