Release iOS 15.4 will take place next week

Apple will release iOS 15.4 next week. The manufacturer announced this during its own online event. The new version has, among other things, the option to use facial scanner Face ID in combination with a mouth cap.

The new version of iOS will be available for all models that run iOS 15, Apple has announced. The release comes as no surprise, as Apple has been releasing betas for the new version of iOS for several months now.

Apart from the change to be able to use Face ID with a mask on, there are few major changes to the operating system, according to Apple. Apple mentions, among other things, new emojis and the possibility to use Visual Lookup in more languages than is possible under iOS 15.3. iOS 15.4 is expected to be released early next week. The new green versions of the iPhone 13 and 13 Pro and the iPhone SE 2022 will both be released with iOS 15.4 next Friday.
