New version of Denuvo-drm seems to be cracked

It seems that the current version of the Denuvo-drm has fallen prey to the cracking community. A cracked version of Total War: Three Kingdoms protected with ‘Denuvo 6.0’ was released this week on the internet.

The Codex group reports in publishing the crack of version 1.1.0 of Total War: Three Kingdoms that it has breached Denuvo security. More specifically, the group reports that there are no official version numbers of Denuvo, but that it itself refers to the latest generation of the DRM with v6.0.

Total War: Three Kingdoms got the update to version 1.1.0 of the game last week and with it to a new Denuvo version, DSO Gaming writes. Details about the squat are not known. Not all games with current versions of Denuvo are cracked.

It is also not known whether, and how, SEGA will respond. In the past, some game publishers removed the Denuvo drm after a crack, such as Bethesda with Rage 2, but SEGA has not yet done so.
