Microsoft added FPS Boost to 74 new Xbox One games on Monday. The company makes this known on its website. In total, there are now 97 last-gen games that support the FPS Boost feature.

“Today we are releasing our largest number of games with FPS Boost to date, increasing the total of supported titles to 97,” writes Microsoft employee Larry Hryb on Twitter. Hryb writes that many of the supported games are playable via Xbox Game Pass or EA Play, which is included with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.

New games with FPS Boost support include Wasteland 3, Hollow Knight, Far Cry 5, Dirt 4, Alien Isolation, the Redux versions of Metro 2033 and Metro: Last Light, Assassin’s Creed Unity, and the three remasters from Assassin’s Creed: The Ezio Collection. A full list of FPS Boost games can be found on Microsoft’s website.

Microsoft introduced the FPS Boost feature for backwards compatible games in February. The feature uses the additional processing power of the new Xbox Series consoles to render last-gen games at a higher frame rate. Microsoft told Digital Foundry at release that FPS Boost works at the Direct3D level, so no game code needs to be modified. Initially, five games were supported. In recent weeks, Microsoft has already added the feature to several games from Electronic Arts and Bethesda.
