Google has put a number of images online showing what notifications from third-party apps on Android Wear will look like. In addition, the music interface was also shown. Smartwatches with Android Wear should be released soon.

The images were posted online by Google’s Android Developers account on Google+. It shows what the notifications for third-party apps will look like. For example, a notification can be seen from the Nest smart thermostat and for the game Clash of Clans. Google also shows how notifications for calendar appointments will look like. Previously, the company had only shown notifications from Google Now on Android Wear.

At the same time, images of the music interface on Android Wear have been posted online. The track being played is displayed and with a swipe gesture the user can bring up the button for the next or previous track.

Google announced Android Wear two months ago. Although the internet giant indicated to have based the software on Android, there is still little clear about how the operating system works technically. Google does indicate that it is possible for developers to make their apps support notifications on wearables, such as a smartwatch, with a few lines of code. The first smartwatch with Android Wear is likely to be LG’s G Watch, which is due out next month.
