Firmware Update: Canon EOS 350D 1.0.2

Canon has released a new firmware for its digital SLR camera, the EOS 350D. The update has been given version number 1.0.2 and solves three “phenomena”. The firmware can be run from both Windows and a machine running Mac OS X. Detailed information about the firmware can be found on this page are being found. This firmware update incorporates the following improvements:

• Fixes the phenomenon of extreme underexposure when using some lenses.
• Fixes the phenomenon of auto power off function failure when auto power off is set more than 2 minutes.
• Fixes the phenomenon of incorrect white balance when using an external flash.
