ASUS introduces new NUC mini PCs. The NUC 14 Pro and NUC 14 Pro+ both have Meteor Lake processors based on the Meteor Lake architecture. ASUS is not currently sharing suggested retail prices or release dates.

The NUC 14 Pro and Pro+ are, in addition to the previously announced ROG NUC, the first NUC mini PCs that ASUS is introducing after it acquired the NUC brand name from Intel. The new NUC 14 Pro and Pro+ both have a Meteor Lake processor. The ‘regular’ 14 Pro comes with ‘a maximum’ of a Core 7 Ultra-165H processor, while the Pro+ variant has a maximum of a Core 9 Ultra-185H. The Pro+ also has a larger housing. The other specifications are the same.

For example, both NUC systems use the integrated Arc GPU in their Meteor Lake processor. The two mini PCs also both offer two DDR5-SO-DIMM slots, with support for up to 96GB of memory. There are also two M.2 slots for SSDs, one with M.2-2280 format and one with M.2-2242. A Tall version of the NUC 14 Pro will also be released, which is slightly higher and offers space for a 2.5″ storage drive.

Both systems also include two USB-C ports with Thunderbolt 4 support, three USB-A ports, a USB 2.0 connection, two HDMI 2.1 connectors and a 2.5Gbit/s Ethernet port. The NUC systems support Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3.
