The folks at Synop have released a new release of Sauce Reader. The update is too to download as version 1.5.1 beta and comes with four improvements over its predecessor. Sauce Reader is not a cookbook scanner for grannies, but it is capable of tracking, categorizing and retrieving your collection of RSS feeds. What has changed in this release can be admired below:

Fixed: Feed subscriptions may be lost if a problem occurs while loading the list of feeds.

Fixed: The name of new folders will be deleted on every new item addition to the folder.

Fixed: Publish button in weblog editor may remain disabled when creating a new item.
