Version 0.11 of PicoTorrent has been released. PicoTorrent is a relative new player in the bittorrent market. The program is written in C++ 14 and like many other clients uses libtorrent. PicoTorrent is, in its own words, modern, fast and easy to use. Despite the core being cross-platform, the program is currently only available for Windows.
