Peekit is developed for the Mac OS X platform and allows you to read or edit files in raw and hex values. In addition, it is possible to add annotations to the files so that you can easily find a certain interesting data area or data field. For more information and an overview of the different options, we refer you to the instructions. The developer has prepared a new version with 2.6.1 as the version number. The list of changes looks like this:

Version 2.6.1:

• Fixed a divide-by-zero error in resizing the value window on intel-based machines
• Added the ability to set the amount a click in the page area of ​​the scroll bar moves the selection. Read about it.
• Fixed an obscure access control list error

Version 2.6.0:

• Added File comparison functionality, check the documentation.
• Fixed the selection rect in the value drawer.
• Fixed a 32->64 bit extension bug in the Notes popup. It’s the compilers fault, not mine, I swear.
• Updated source window with file comparison code.
