The final release of foobar2000 0.9.6.5 was released on Saturday. The popular music player can handle the most common music formats and also has support for Replay Gain. The program can also convert music files to different formats and has extensive options for customizing the tags. Furthermore, the functionality can be done with the help of plugins be expanded. Something that is not reflected in the changelog is that from this release, specific versions of certain plugins will be blocked if they generate too many crash reports.
