Download Dameware NT Utilities 7.5.2.0

Dameware Development has released version 7.5.2.0 of Dameware NT Utilities. The programs are intended for remote management and administration of Windows workstations, servers and domains. The NT Utilities include an extensive Active Directory Object Browser and the programs Mini Remote Control and exporter. The software can be fully tested for 30 days before purchase. The main changes in version 7 are support for ipv6 and nat traversal, there are separate 32 and 64 bit downloads of the Mini Remote Control and the program can be started from an external source, for example a USB stick. Since the previous entry in the Meuktracker, the following changes and improvements have been made:

DameWare NT Utilities 7.5.2.0

NT Utilities:

• misc. performance improvement.
• No Entry Point Found error when modifying User Dial-In properties in Standard Users View (non AD). Fixed.

Mini Remote Control:

• Minor Protocol Revision. Current v7.x users will not be forced to update the DMRC Client Agent Service on the remote machine, provided they are already running version 7.0 or above. A red warning dialog will be displayed instead. However, we recommend you update the Client Agent on the remote machine as soon as possible. Otherwise, some features may not work properly. Version 6.x Clients will require a forced upgrade.
• Performance enhancements when loading DMRC Remote Connect dialog.
• Potential SxS (Side by Side) error when using FIPS Mode in DMRC x64. Fixed.
• Disconnect issue when multiple users connected to same machine at same time. Fixed.
• DWRCS.Reg configuration file was not copied to the remote machine in certain scenarios. Fixed.

MSI Builder:

• Modified O/S options on Proxy Tab to only allow WinXP and above (x86 & x64).
• Modified MSI Templates to allow for automatic upgrade of most v6.x Client Agents.

• Added Visual Styles and Font Smoothing Performance Options for RDP connections.
• Intermittent crash when connecting via RDP. Fixed.

Mini Remote Control:
