Download CDex 1.70 beta 1
After a long time of silence around CDex, developer Albert Faber released a new beta version today. The program has therefore arrived at version 1.70 beta 1 and can be downloaded for Windows 95 and Windows 98 and Windows NT, Windows 2000 and Windows XP. CDex is able to rip the music from an audio CD and convert the ripped music to another format. For example, it is possible to save the music as wav sound, but also to convert it to ogg vorbis or mp3. The program uses various encoders for conversion, of which the well-known LAME encoder is selected by default. A number of improvements have been made in this first 1.70 release of CDex.
