Download AM-DeadLink 2.8 beta 5

Martin Aignesberger has just released the fifth beta release of AM-DeadLink. With this program, Internet bookmarks can be easily organized. Not only can the program quickly see if there are ‘dead’ links, it can also permanently store the favicons that some websites use, making it easy to quickly find a bookmark in a long list. The changelog of this release shows the following changes:

Changes in version 2.8 beta-5:

• AM-DeadLink could hang in combination with nVidia graphic drivers
• AM-DeadLink could crash when aborting a check on some PCs (wininet check technology only)
• Start maximized didn’t work under Win2k under certain circumstances
• Minor tweaks
