PlayStation Network is experiencing problems on Tuesday evening. Users report that some games are not working properly online and there are also problems with the PlayStation Store. PlayStation’s status page states that there are indeed issues with several services.
Report since about 7 p.m. user problems with the PlayStation Network via downdetector. For example, some users may not be able to properly play online in games such as Call of Duty Warzone, NBA 2K and Apex Legends. In addition, the PlayStation Store also does not work properly. It appears that users worldwide are affected by the outage.
PlayStation has not yet provided an update on the issues, but on the PlayStation status page it confirms that there is a malfunction. The page indicates that there are issues with account management, gaming, social networking and the PlayStation Store.
It is not known what caused the malfunction or when the problems were solved.
