OnePlus has announced its first wearable. The Chinese manufacturer presented the OnePlus Band in India. The design, specs and features correspond to those of the previously presented OPPO Band.

The OnePlus Band is listed on the manufacturer’s Indian site. It is a fitness tracker with heart rate monitor, blood saturation monitor and pedometer. The device has a 1.1″ OLED touchscreen with a resolution of 294×126 pixels. The entire device measures 40.4×17.6×11.45mm.

The OnePlus Band has a 100mAh battery, which should last up to two weeks on a full charge; probably not all functions are fully enabled. Charging is done by removing the device from the strap and connecting it to a wired charger. Connection is via Bluetooth 5.0 and there is a OnePlus Health app to collect data.

The tracker has the same dimensions and screen as the OPPO Band previously presented in China. The app also seems to match OPPO’s in appearance and functions. OnePlus sells the Band in India for 2800 rupees, currently about 32 euros. OnePlus has been saying for years that it shares investors and supplier deals with OPPO. For example, the OnePlus Nord N100 phone released last year looks a lot like the OPPO A53.
