LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga will receive seven DLC bundles featuring characters from The Mandalorian and Rogue One, among others. The packs are part of the Character Collection Season Pass, but also available separately. The prices of the season pass and the individual bundles are not yet known.
The first four packs will be available with the game’s release on April 5, publisher Warner Bros Games said in a press release. Two bundles contain characters from the first season of The Mandalorian and Solo: A Star Wars Story. The Mandalorian pack includes Mando and an unplayable Grogu. Greef Karga, Cara Dune, IG-11 and Kuill are also among them. If you have the Solo Bundle, you can play as the young versions of Han Solo, Chewbacca and Lando Calrissian. Other playable characters in the pack include Qi’ra, Tobias Beckett, and Enfys Nest.
The other two packages, the Classic Characters and the Trooper Pack, will initially only be available to gamers who have pre-ordered the LEGO Star Wars at select retailers. It is not clear which stores in the Benelux offer the packages with pre-orders. The Classic Characters Bundle includes Luke Skywalker, Princess Leia, Han Solo, Darth Vader and Lando Calrissian. The Trooper Pack includes a Death Trooper, Incinerator Trooper, Range Trooper, Imperial Shore Trooper and a Mimban Stormtrooper.
Beginning April 19, the Classic Characters Pack will be available to anyone who has the Season Pass. That bundle is also available separately. The Rogue One bundle will also be released on the same date. It features Jyn Erso, Bodhi Rook, Cassian Andor, K-2SO, Chirrut Îmwe, Baze Malbu and Director Krennic as playable characters.
The Trooper package will eventually become available to everyone, but from May 4th. Then two more packs will be released, that of the second season of The Mandalorian and that of The Bad Batch. The second Mandalorian pack includes Ahsoka Tano, Boba Fett, Bo Katan, Fennec Shand, and Moff Gideon. The Bad Batch Bundle includes Hunter, Wrecker, Tech, Crosshair, and Echo.
LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga will be released on April 5 for current and previous generation Xbox and PlayStation consoles, Nintendo Switch and Windows.
