HP has announced its back-to-school line of laptops. The company comes with new models in the Pavilion x360 line of convertibles, which the company has managed to make thinner than the previous series.

The 11″ and 13.3″ versions of the Pavilion x360 are now 19.3mm and 19.8mm thick respectively, where the previous versions were 20.8mm and 22.36mm in succession. The weight has also been reduced a little bit on both models. The Pavilion x360 11″ now weighs 1.33 kilograms, a decrease of 4 grams, while the 13″ version comes in at 1.58 kilograms, which is 11 grams less than the previous version.

Pavilion x360 11.6

The Pavilion x360 11″ will be available in silver, gold and blue. HP provides the convertible with Celeron and Core i3 processors from Intel’s Skylake generation. The resolution is 1366×768 pixels. The models should be in stores in June with a starting price of 499 euros.

Pavilion x360 13.3

The 13″ version of the Pavilion x360 will also come in June in silver and gold housings. The starting price is 599 euros and for this amount it is a laptop with Core i3. In addition, there will be more expensive versions with a Core i5 and up to 16GB ddr4, while this version will also be available with a resolution of 1920×1080 pixels and a 2×2 wifi-ac network card. HP will not release a 15.6″ version of the x360 in the Benelux.

Pavilion 15.6

The Pavilion 15.6 laptop has become 19mm shorter than the previous generation and that is due to the use of a flat ‘prismatic battery’ instead of a cylindrical one, according to HP. In addition, the model is 11 percent less thick and the weight is now less than 2 kilos. The starting price of this laptop is 599 euros, but it is not known which configuration HP supplies for this amount: the model will be available internationally with AMD APUs and Pentium and Core i7 processors, but it is unclear whether HP will also supply all models in the Benelux. supplies. There will be a version with a dedicated GTX 960MX video card from Nvidia; this will cost 899 euros.

Pavilion 17.3

The Pavilion 17.3″ will be available with Core i5 and Core i7 CPUs and up to 16GB DDR4. By default, this model shows 1920×1080 pixels, but HP optionally offers models with 3840×2160 pixels.
