on VIA Arena the new VIA Hyperion 4in1 drivers can be downloaded. These are marked as version 4.49p2 and follow the 4.49p release. In 4.49p2, the IDE driver is older than the previous version and hopefully fixes some issues such as slow hard drive. Unfortunately no release notes will be released so the exact changes in this new version remain unknown .
