Download Driver For Realtek AC’97 A3.93

Realtek has released new drivers for controlling the AC’97 sound chip, which can be found on many budget cards and on-board solutions. The version number is A3.93 and downloads for the different versions of Windows can be found on this ftp server. In addition to the driver, the Realtek Media Player (RtlRack) has also been updated to the same version number. Among other things, this version solves a problem with sound recording in combination with Via chipsets. The full changelog looks like this:
