Driver Update: Detonator4 v28.32

Dark and Moartn informed us that there are new official detonators. This is version 28.32 for Windows XP/2000, Windows 9x/ME and Windows NT4. These are official drivers! In this version they have improved the support for DirectX 8.1 and OpenGL again. Below is the changelog.
