The console version of space shooter Everspace 2 will be released on August 15. The open-world shooting game was released for PC on April 6. A previously announced PlayStation 4 and Xbox One version was scrapped earlier this year.
Developer Rockfish Games announces the release date of the console version in the trailer below. Everspace 2 is a single-player space shooter with RPG elements in which players must defeat enemies and solve puzzles using spaceships. The first Everspace game was released in 2017 for Xbox One and PC.
