For the recently released Rage 2, the first major expansion pack, Rise of the Ghosts, will be released later this year. The downloadable content adds a new storyline, new enemies and a controllable mech to the shooter.
The shooter, which came out about a month ago, is likely to receive its first major expansion in August. The trailer includes a new faction, new enemies including a large sandworm, and new areas to explore, as well as new vehicles, weapons, and skills. The player also has the option to control a ‘mech’. Furthermore, Bethesda indicates that a new game mode is coming with the expansion, as well as new cheat codes.
A second paid DLC for Rage 2 is coming in the fall, according to a Bethesda schedule. This untitled DLC also includes a new storyline, new enemies, vehicles, skills and areas to explore.
