The Apple App Store, Mac App Store, and Apple Music are experiencing an outage. The services are unavailable at the time of writing. The problems have been occurring since at least 2 pm on Tuesday, although the first reports came in around 12:30 pm.
The notifications are pouring in on Twitter and Apple’s services status page also acknowledges the service interruption. The radio service also has difficulties. The outage appears to be occurring at least in the regions of Western Europe, the east coast of the US, Japan and Indonesia.
It is not yet clear what caused the outage. Apple has not yet reported on the outage via its official support channel on Twitter. It is expected that if the outage lasts much longer, the company will actively inform its users.
