Annapurna Interactive has released the highly acclaimed indie game What Remains of Edith Finch for iOS. The game is designed for iPads, but also works on iPhones. The game that received an award for the best story in 2017 costs 5 euros.

The iOS version of What Remains of Edith Finch works as described in the App Store on a limited number of Apple devices. Those who want to play the game on a phone need at least an iPhone 7 and for regular iPads that must be at least a 2021 model, an iPad Air from 2019, or an iPad Pro from 2017 or newer.

What Remains of Edith Finch is a fantasy narrative game that first appeared in 2017 for the PC, Xbox and PlayStation consoles. A Nintendo Switch version was also released later. The game is highly regarded by reviewers and users alike. On Metacritic the score is about 90 points. Developer Giant Sparrow’s game won the Best Story Award at the annual Game Awards in the year of its release.

The game costs 5 euros in the App Store. That is a lot cheaper than the versions for PC and consoles, which cost 20 euros. The content of the game is the same. Came late last year The Unfinished Swan also out for iOS. That game is made by the same developer.
