Vattenfall disruption causes login problems to My Vattenfall and Energy app

Vattenfall customers are currently unable to log in to My Vattenfall due to a malfunction. The energy app from the electricity supplier is also unusable. Vattenfall expects the fault to be resolved ‘by the end of this week’.

Due to the malfunction, it is currently not possible to use My Vattenfall. This is the digital environment where customers can view their invoices and energy consumption, adjust their installment amount and more. The supplier’s Energy app is also not working at the moment Vattenfall confirms on its website.

Vattenfall already reported on Monday, January 1 that it was suffering from a malfunction that had already started a day earlier. The energy supplier said on Tuesday morning to have this resolvedalthough the company now says it is suffering from a new malfunction. Vattenfall says it wants to resolve this as quickly as possible. This is expected to happen at the end of this week, according to the company’s website.

Vattenfall customers who want to submit their meter readings can currently do so via WhatsApp, telephone or email, the energy supplier writes on its website. This also applies to meter readings from December 31 and January 1.
