Download Xvid 1.1.3

On the Xvid website, the developers have a so-called bug fix release released. As a result, the codec has arrived at version 1.1.3. Xvid is an open source codec based on the MPEG4 standard and allows you to convert images and sound to the proprietary xvid format. The new Xvid fixes a vulnerability that found it was added to the file mbcoding.c. In addition, a typo has been removed from another file and the ‘bitstream buffers’ have been updated. Version 1.1.3 is available from this page can be downloaded for the Linux and Windows platform. Koepi also has its own binary for Windows prepared; the 628KB heavy exe file can here be brought in.
