Oracle has released version 4.3.18 of VirtualBox. VirtualBox can be used to install other operating systems in a virtual environment on a computer. In this way it is possible to use different operating systems on the same hardware side by side and at the same time. VirtualBox is available for Windows XP and above, OS X, Linux, and Solaris, and is capable of many guest operating systems to turn.
In version 4.3 of VirtualBox, the complete virtualization code has been rewritten, among other things, which has fixed several problems and also shows several performance improvements. Furthermore, there is video capture and support for ipv6, several virtual machines running on the same computer can now communicate with each other via the internal network and there is support for multi-touch screens. This tenth update also contains the following improvements:

- Main: when removing a VM, do also remove the VBoxStartup.log file which might exist on Windows hosts (bug #13478)
- Windows hosts: fixed more startup problems on certain Windows hosts due to conflicts with anti-virus software; better error reporting (4.3.14 regression; bug #13187)
- Windows hosts: propagate the process startup information to the child process (4.3.14 regression; bug #13243)
- Mac OS X hosts: don’t force using the discrete GPU (bug #11111)
- Windows Additions: some Windows 10 tweaks
- X11 guests: fix a bug handling video driver display properties which prevented GNOME Shell on Fedora 21 from starting
- Linux hosts / guests: fixed a few remaining warnings in the kernel log if memory allocation fails (bug #11171)
