Version 1.9.9.0 of Universal USB Installer has been released. With this Windows program, the installation ISOs of a large number of Linux distributions can be placed on a USB stick. As a result, they no longer need to be burned to a CD or DVD first; the installation can be carried out from the self-starting USB stick. Support is available for a wide variety of distributions, from the best known to some very obscure. Part of the USB stick can also be used as persistent memory are used so that changes and personal files can be saved, which is not normally possible with a live CD. - Add persistence option to Kodachi entry.
Changes in version 1.9.8.6:
- Include ability to see which Disk the drive letter of volume / partition is on.
- Improve DiskWipe option – rescan during Diskpart before creating a new partition.
