Download Tiny Personal Firewall 5.5.1284

Thanks to Bor we are pointed to a new release of Tiny Personal Firewall. The firewall for Windows has been upgraded to version 5.5.1284. This one is from here down and has a size of 4.2 megabytes. What the programmers have changed in the code is unfortunately unknown.
