Download The Sleuth Kit 2.06

The program The Sleuth Kit is a collection of a number of forensic tools that can be used to take a closer look at the hard drive. This makes it possible to recover or partially view various deleted files. Support for ntfs, fat, ufs1, ufs2 ext2fs, ext3fs and iso 9660 formats is provided. Bug Fixes:

• Segfault bugs on NTFS images
• Compile errors for AFFLib on Cygwin
• Added back some sanity checks for file names.

updates:

• Made design changes so that it would run under Windows (executables are now available for most tools).
• Improved the header files so that they are easier to include as a library.
• libewf update with SMART format support.
