TeamViewer has been updated to version 6.0 build 9947. This program allows remote management of other computers via a secure VPN connection. TeamViewer is free for non-commercial use and available for Windows, Linux, Mac OS X, iOS and Android. New in version 6 is, among other things, the possibility to adjust QuickSupport. Furthermore, the performance has been improved and the connection can be restored automatically after a restart. The changelog of this first update mainly shows bug fixes.
Changes in version 6.0 build 9947:
- The monitor selection offers more than 4 monitors if available
- Fix: Partner list does not take focus during a session
- Fix: Connections to dynamic partners are established with quick access by default
- Fix: The ID field gets the focus if the TeamViewer windows is minimized and maximized again
- Fix: Monitors go to standby again after a black screen was shown once
- Other minor fixes
