In an email, the MagicKillah development team informed us that they have produced yet another version of their popular popup killer for Windows. In the version history you will find this update under number 1.40, which means that the following changelog applies:
- Fixed a bug in XP + Multiple users. MK Will now warn you when you don’t have enough ‘rights’ to read/write on the drive it’s installed to.
- Fixed a bug when a new poll is available and you want to view it, MagicKillah would NAG you with some ‘cannot focus’ exception.
- Fixed a bug when viewing a ‘reply’ to a message, the day would always be one too early (Thursday Jan. 24, eg)
- Updated all ‘homepage’ links to our new home:
- Changed .BCAP retrieval screen
- Changed the name into TwZ everywhere in the program/installer
- Updated Black/Exclusionlist loading ( about 15x faster (!!!!!) )
- Added a ‘Safe Smart enabled’ checkbox in the Safe Smart screen, to let you disable it as needed.
- Added the Safe Smart close/ignore editor (Settings Screen -> Smart Engine -> Manage)
- Added a feature to actually DISABLE the Boss Key and CUSTOMIZE the key combo!
- Added a feature that asks if you want to run MK on windows startup when you close Windows while MagicKillah is running for the first time.
- Small internal bug fixes/updates
