FreePOPs has reached version 0.0.2.7. FreePOPs is an open source, cross-platform program that creates a local POP3 server that allows e-mail from web-based e-mail services, such as Hotmail, Yahoo, and AOL, to be opened in your own e-mail program. This release fixes issues with Hotmail and AOL, among other things, and fixes some compilation errors for Amd64 processors. In other good news, FreePOPs has been officially added to the Debian distribution. The full changelog for this release looks like this:
